All work undertaken by Selwyn Property Law is governed by our terms of engagement. These terms provide the basic structure of our contract of services, i.e. they are our contract with you. 

Additionally, all legal work undertaken by lawyers in New Zealand is governed by the profession’s rules of conduct and client care. We aim to exceed the standards set by these rules. If you are not happy with the service we have provided please let us know.
